Hi I am looking for advice on immigration and employment issue. Can somebody suggest me good solicitors in or around London working on damages based agreement (no win no fee) ?
1. Also please can someone help me understand what % of claim they usually take as their fee?
2. is there cap on the % fee?
3. Is there any other charges apart from % of compensation. like documentation , travelling etc?
4. is there any "Legal expenses insurance" which can be bought when you have already decided to take legal action against another party?
