Tier 1 Xtension refusal under de rule SD-19 (a) (4)

hi all
my tier1 xtension application refused under rule 19-SD (a) (4)
de rule is
(iv) Official tax document produced by the relevant tax authority or employer, showing earnings on which tax has been paid or will be paid in a tax year

but my tax year till nxt year i have to pay my tax until nxt year

so iz anyone has same situation so plz let me knw about this situation
realy thankful to u guyz

me already submitted my appeal
where i can show dem my accountant letter head and everyding
but if any one info regarding same case plz share info will be very thankful to

need more information before anyone comment on your circumstances..
what income document did you showed?
what is the exact wording for refusal?
since you already applied for appeal and providing accountant letter to prove your point, didn't you enclosed the same letter with the initial application?

Hi dere
On refusal dey saying invoice summary didnt provide on bussiness letter head
Even i submitted my accountant letter head invoice summary,,cause me not working for company me working as self employed
On more ding dat dey had decision on my application in 10 dayz
I had biometric on 29/04
N dey printed refusal letter on 10/05
So wht de reason
Dey didnt chck whole doucments proprly or any oder reason???
Any guidance will be very helpful

did you submit remittance advise from your customer?

Yes!!!! Submitted all invoices, all salary summary inovoices as well

The reason for refusal doesnt look very clear. it would be helpful if you could paste the whole refusal reason word by word.
