Post by hsmp505 » Thu May 23, 2013 9:28 pm

Hi all,

First of all thanks to all members contributing and helping other members and community, specially seniors.

I got ILR :) , Thank God.

Hsmp + Tier 1 (Employed)

Applied 26 days before 5th anniversary EC date.
Around 70 days holidays

Due to IT system issues there was delay of 2 hours but overall completed smoothly.

As in Solihull, CW directly checks case in front of applicant and asks for documents as and what needed so only some documents were provided.

- Form Set O
- Passport , Main + Dependent
- Photos 2 + 2
- Life in UK test
- 12 Salary slips
- 12 Bank statement (last month was from branch with stamp and
signature)
- Co-hab documents
* Council Tax
* Birth certificate
* NHS Letter
* Utility bill

Photo copies offered for all above but only Passport copies were
accepted.

Following documents were available but not asked for and not provided

+ Cover Letter
+ Absence letters + Reference letters
+ P60 , 5 years
+ HMRC letter
+ Dependent salary slips + statements
+ Education certificate

Co-hab = cohabitation proof to show that main application and dependent (wife) were living together for qualification period (2 years pre July 2012 and 5 years after).

Reference letter from employer stating , start and end of job period with job title and maybe salary, some time asked by CW though not strict requirement
