A good lesson, follow ur instincts

Post by dancingguy05 » Fri May 24, 2013 10:45 am

My friend applied on 19 oct 2012
Got refusal in march

Reasons for refusal
No job role. His solicitor mentioned that it is enough to mention as director. Which is ridiculous

Third party Bank letter doesn't say that the money is transferable

He didn't put marketing material even though he registered with a trading body for which the details are given. (As per the previous application they ask any one of the following marketing materials or uk trading body registration)

-------------
On top of that the so called solicitor claimed that my friend can win appeal. I don't know how far it is feasible though.

Just a good lesson, being educated n know many things, we should research by ourselves rather than just blindly believing/relying these solicitors

Poor guy he is still positive. Hope him the best wishes.

Ur opinions on the appeal success please

it is so unfortunate. but your friend must appeal on doctrine of evidential flexibility.

Evidential flexibility does not apply here, sorry. It is only for what it is: evidences. All points mentioned show requirements are not met. Pls do not give ur hard earned money to any other lawyer at this point. Re apply if possible.
Opinion is researchedly mine!
