Dependents Visa Extension

Hi

I have an tier 2 visa and have applied for an extension in UK. My wife is in India and she has a valid dependents visa which will expire shortly. How can I apply for an extension for her.?

Do i have to apply again once her visa expires?

She cannot apply for an extension, if she isn't in the UK.

Can I apply for the extension using T2 W form? and how would I track my application as it will be through post.
