ILR - Tier 1 G. Should we must show 12 months Salary slips?

Post by hsmp505 » Tue May 21, 2013 2:23 pm

Hi all,

HSMP + Tier 1 : General

This question is not for me but for a friend of mine who will apply in 3 weeks.

I want to confirm if I MUST have to show last 12 months salary slips OR
can they be any number of salary slips just enough to get required points
for previous earnings ?

MY ILR is due in few days so I will ask this question from CW as well and post here for the information
of others but if some one else can share their experience than it would be helpful.

Thanks in advance for your input.

My understanding is that as long as your payslips score you enough points and within 12 of the 15 consecutive months.

I only used 6 months payslips for both initial and extension and plan to use 6-8 months for ILR.

Hope other people will comment too.

Thats True but just to make thing clear consecutive means, he need to show consecutive for 12 month out of last 15 months

for example first 1-4 or 3-10 or 10 -15 or 1-7 etc you cannot include first three and last three if it breaks 12 month period but you can pick 4 salari slips out of 1-8

lol not sure if i made it more confusing :)

I failed to see the relationships between these two cases as the latest experience has 12 months payslips.

True! In the latest experience he has used 12 Month's payslips to claim the required points. But you are planning to use 6 months payslips for your ILR. Trust then you could claim the required points.

I can score 85 points using 6 Months salary, but they probably will not be the last 6 months before my appointment. For example, if my appointment is in March,2014 can I use Feb-July 2013's payslips at time of application?

Many thanks

12 months will score me more than enough points but there is a possiblity that i may lose my current job in July. Of course I will be actively seeking a new job, but I want to know if Feb- July's 2013 pay can score me enough points, can I use them for my IRL in March 2014 as it is within the 12 consecutive months of the 15.

Thank you again.

Thanks Kevin24 and ldbright, here is my experience, let me know if any question.

http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewto ... 313#847313

I asked CW about salary slips and he confirmed that any number of salary
slips which would give required points are enough even 1 salary slip but that
must be in 15 months period just before application date and should be consecutive.

Thank you very much! That's a great comfort to hear. Did they ask anything specific about the the absences? And why you still used 12 Months payslip in the end?

Thank you!

Cheers :)

I was always planning to go with 12 salary slips, as I mentioned that question was for my friend who is going to apply in 3 weeks who was just concerned and
due to job change just want to use current employer's 8 months salary slips.

CW just looked at the 6.2 for list of absences and didn't ask any thing though I have arranged letters from my all previous and current employers and a summary sheet with in/out dates etc which was also not provided.

Sure, will do.

He has appointment in Cardiff so probably you would get two different PEO experience for this question, though for Solihull
one was not practical than just theory.

Best of luck for your application.
