Hi guys
Hope everyone having good time .
Just one hour before got a call from BHC they sent me the call letter via email tomorrow going to Gerry to submit my passport .
According to the official they will take 15 working day to issue the visa so hopefully in couple of week I will get my passport back and will be on the journey back to UK.
Thanks God this long waiting time is going to end.........
I wish all of those who are waiting for the responses , will get the good news soon...

Hi Saadia, I am sorry to hear this but may I ask if you can take some tips and information please.

I see you submitted another application good idea but did you not put all the proof. If not then it would have been better to do appeal as now it can take sometime as appeals are taking 6-9 months but if it get overturned then 4-5 months hopefully.

When you submitted the new application did you not provide the following.

Contract Of Employment
Employment offer letter
3-6 Wage Slips
Employer Details
P60 or P45

Please let me know as I feel sorry for you! and hope you can sort this out -- BHC ARE A MESS!

Did you not provide P60 as this is a must. Did you just submit same documents as in first application or did you alter anything as I am shocked to hear that it has not been accepted second time around.

M also shockd & dont acceptin it yet..
last time they jus said tht ur payslips should be of six months..
this time we submitted of 8 mnths wid bank statements..
how can any1 get p60 after 6 mnths employmnt??
i dn think its necessary..our solicitor was also sayin jus to fullfill their requirmnts..so we did not submit p60 coz tht time we dnt hav..& p45 or HMRC..my huzbnd got all these after we submittd application..i didnt listen tht any1 got refusal on these basis..
anyhow we hav these documents now..so lets c what happnd..

& d other stupid reason was that we jus give thm employment letter & contract letter which hav email & phone nmbr so they cant verify his job..
can any1 tell me what r d other things should b there to contact my huzband's employer??
Adress was menrion on d top of emoloyment confirmation letter..
Wht do u fink do i hav strong grounds to win apeal??

Hi Sadia again,

I was refused for the same thing back in November and have now appealed but you should have been accepted this time but bloody idiots I feel shocked for you and for everyone serious.

I provide all the above documents including P60 & P45 and they said job is not genuine even though Employers Name & Address was given and email etc etc they did not bother to contact.

Your lawyer has to put in a strong appeal best thing to do is tell lawyer to right letter on behalf of employer clarifying job is real and that your hubby works here and they can check. Also ask the accountant to stamp the payslips he will do this no problems.

Rest is then upto the appeal but inshallah it will get overturned as my appeal is on same basis as yours even though P60 was provided but a error of approx 50P on Payslip was refused due to this!

My wife got a call and call letter email today asking to submit passport.

Applied Sep 12
Rejected Nov 12
Appeal submission Dec 12
ECM review deadline 27 May 13
Call letter received 22 May 13

Reason for refusal was incomplete financial docs. Submitted 6 months of slips and statements instead of 12. Also employer ref letter was missing.

I emailed BHC a couple of times for updates and had gone to my MP last week as we came close to deadline.

Question: do we need to do tb test again? Wife says the tb test certificate from IOM does not have expiry date on it.

TB test certificate is valid for 06 months only even there is no expiry date on it.So if it is more then 6 months old then you have to do it again.

Normally appeal timeline is about 6+ months. You should appeal using a UK lawyer. OK

Yes I asked the BHC official when he called me for call letter .....
He said they are not too busy now a days and hopefully they will take 10 to 15 working days to return the passport so I think hopefully in two week time the passport will be back ...... May be a bit earlier or later but not more than three weeks ..... Inshallah

I meet a girl in gerry 4 days ago..she was there to collect her passport aftar apeal & she was sayin they took jus 3 days..
