can i do an ACCI course or ATHE course after Masters

Hi,
i have done my MBA from 2010- 2011 under tier 4 visa, now i'am on PSW visa.
Can i do a Level 7 ACCA course or Level 7 ATHE course after completing my MBA, is there any chances of refusal.
can i and my dependent work if i choose this course.
ACCA course duration is 3 years and ATHE course duration is 12 months.
