Query on Form VAF1A for student

I have a query on Part 5 Finances and Employment section of Form VAF1A.

My niece abroad would like to visit me in UK over summer. (I am a BC.) She is in her second year of three year degree at uni there. She does not work, lives with her parents. Whose details go into the income and expenditure section of the form at 5.10, 5.11, 5.12, 5.13, 5.14? Her's or her parents?

Any help, please. Please bear in mind that my niece is not from a well-to-do family. I am worried that she will be decliined based on her parents' income. I have enough savings to pay her fare and support her during her trip.

The questions are: (bearing in mind she does not work)

What is the total income from any other sources including friends or family?

Do you have savings, property or other income?

How much do you spend on each month on living costs?

What money is available to you for your trip? - (What does this mean, does it mean how much are you (or your parents contributing to the trip?))

Do these questions need to be answered by my niece or are they more or less questions the parents need to answer.

1.1 Given name(s) (as shown in your
passport) These must be the same as recorded in
your passport. They are normally all the names you
were given at birth, but not your family/surname
which you should enter in 1.2. Please do not use
titles such as Mr, Snr or Esq.

I'm having similar confusions.
I am planning to visit my cousin in the UK, who is also a student there. I am a student who is totally dependent on my family. My uncle will bear my travel expenses and mu cousin in the UK will bear the accommodations & food expenses. I personally also have a decent amount of money in my bank account.

Whose information should i fill in the 5.10, 5.11, 5.12, 5.13, 5.14 part of the VAF1A visa?
