can tier 1 dependent sponsor visitor(in laws)?

Post by snv1523 » Sun May 26, 2013 2:51 pm

Hi

My wife is main applicant tier 1 general and I am on dependent visa. My wife is pregnant so she is not working at the moment.she is Not on meternity leave. I am working full time.
Can I sponsor my mother in law to visit us?
Do my wife need to send her visa copy or mine would be sufficient? Do we need to explain anything in sponsor letter?

Many thanks.

Yes, you can sponsor.

Make a joint sponsor application. And add income details of yourself.
