Post by sunshine55 » Sun May 26, 2013 3:23 pm

in this category of UK Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa after getting visa and landing in uk when and how we will be able to get citizenship and what is the difference between citizenship and indeffinit stay.

second question is that what type of old age benefits we will get as if we will be on ent visa and
what type of benefits or public fund we will get after citizenship,whether children or old people
Thanks and Regards

Well! this is called good,firm and determined entrepreneur.You are welcome.First question of your entitlement to citizenship is more than 5years away from you from your date of arrival here.After five years you are entitled to get indefinite status and after some required successful time on indefinite you may be entitled to apply for citizenship.

As old age you will get only Big thank you and sorry mate as long as you are not permanent.....joke:Anyway you are not entitled for any benefits until you are permanent.(only child under 16 health and education is free).

After you get the permanent status you are entitled for benefits and public funds.

Have a good journey if you have booked your ticket...

everybody has the right to know how and what benefits one could enjoy where the person is investing his time and money.

so please just give the information only and dont judge any one intentions.

@sunshine55

first of all after getting ur visa and successfully spending 5y on T1E and fulfilling all the requirement during saty YOU WILL GET AN INDEFINITE STAY AND AFTER SPENDING 1 YEAR ON INDEFINITE U WILL BE ENTITLED FOR CITIZENSHIP.

YOU WONT BE ENTITLED TO ANY BENEFIT DURING UR FIRST 5Y STAY EXCEPT NHS FOR YOU AND NHS & EDUCATION FOR KIDS(UPTO 16Y).

UR RIGHTS WILL BE ALMOST(NOT ALL) BECOME SAME LIKE ANYOTHER CITIZEN ONCE GOT INDEFINITE STAY.

ONCE U EARNED CITIZENSHIP THEN U CAN APPLY FOR UK PASSPORT AND HAVE EVERY RIGHT LIKE ANY OTHER CITIZEN OF THIS COUNTRY.
