Perhaps you should try and repair your relationship without considering the possible immigration ramifications. You can't apply for a divorce until you've been married for at least one year. After that the duration depends whether the divorce is defended or not. Normally the spouse will say that the other has behaved unreasonably which is one way of showing that the marriage has irretrievably broken down.iain143 wrote:thanx guru for reply
