Hi there,

you are not allowed to have a property development or a property management business. it is forbidden and your application will be refused. it says to in the guidance notes.

Hello mate, if u can refer nqlevel4 code 1242 and 1251 and plz tell wat it all about. Yr right guidance says owing a property is not meant of investment , but I like to know I if hold an lease and make some contact with third party landlords to look after and develop will it pass through.

Owning a property will indeed be considered as a valid investment as long as that property is not used as residence. Lets say you buy an office worth £50000, now this will definitely be considered as a valid investment according to the policy guidance. Who disagrees with me?
