selling a burger is not above NVQ level 4...your business core activity should be above NVQ level 4...if your using marketing consultant or business development manager as a title then these should be the services you are providing towards ur clients...

I am starting human resource consultancy with team member which is in NVQ Level 6 ( human resource managers and directors). We both r director of company. And our designations are Managing director and Marketing director respectively.
My question is : Are these disignations fine?

yes i believe...as long as ur core activities are above NVW level 4 u r fine....

I believe, most of the people in here are switching from PSW. So just use your qualification as a base for your business. If you want to do your burger business, do it after you get your visa.
