TIER 2 Dependant visa HELP please

hope everyone is doing good
guys need help
i am currently working in UK on tier 2 ...since 2010
i am now getting married and i want to apply for my partners visa
i want to know what things i should keep in mind such as name change on passport n things matter at the time of applying as we have some time constraints due to jobs
also what documents i can show like wedding fotos etc to give enuff evidence of marraige
anyone who has been through this process
please guide me

1. Passport and visa copies:
• Copies of the pages from the Passport showing my personal data
• Copies of my stay in the UK (Tier 2)

2. Evidence of Maintenance Funds:
• 3 Months Bank Statement

3. Evidence of Relationship:
• Original Marriage Certificate registered and endorsed by UNION Council(Nikaah Nama)
• English Translated Marriage Certificate attested by 17th Grade Govt. Officer
• Marriage Registration Certification (English) from NADRA registered and endorsed by Union Council
• Wedding Photographs
• Receipt from Marriage Hall where Marriage ceremony took place

4. Evidences to prove that the Relationship is subsisting:
• Phone Bills
• Email Prints
• Skype Chat and Call Logs
• Emirates Ticket print out from United Kingdom to Pakistan to attend my wedding
• Copy of my Passport Page showing entry stamp to Pakistan for my wedding

5. Employment and source of income:
• Employment Verification Letter from my employer (My company)
• Payslips of last 3 months
• 3 Months Bank Statement ()

6. Accommodation arrangement:
• Original Letter from Letting Agent (EPM)
• Copy of my Full UK Driving License
• 3 Months Bank Statement


Thats what I submitted and wife received visa next day.

2. LEAVE TO REMAIN / ENTRY CLEARANCE COPY OF PASSPORT.
3. MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE.

5. HOUSE LEASE AGREEMENT.

EMPLOYMENT LETTER SHOULD BE COVER UP WHEN YOU PUT SPONSORSHIP NUMBER IN APPLICATION.

It is for general applicant either you apply from Pakistan or Australia.

According to their website you do need to submit only few things but looking at refusals we have come up with above list. There is no hard and fast rule that you have to have all the documents but it will make your case stronger and in case of refusal you would have strong evidences for appeal.

If you find it too much then don't submit but please if it gets refused then don't ask people.

what is the difference between 1st and 3rd

1st one is your original marriage certificate (could be in urdu)

3rd one you get it from NADRA (in English) which should be endorsed by Union Council.

yes the original is in urdu
wat abt gettin it attested,,the UC guy mentioned tht u can get it attested by foireign affairs office
also the uc endorsement is the silver line on the bottom of english certi right? no golden stamp or smthn

Regarding the 3-months bank statement, am I correct that it can be statements of my other half who is the Tier 2 main applicant?

We did not apply at the time. She got her about 8 months ago and we were married in the UK. I am going to go back home to applying for the Tier 2 Dependant because I am current on Tier 4 General.
