It was quite quick response from UKBA. What was the reason for refusal by the way ?

I applied on 24 May.
Payment on 30th May
Waiting or rest of the activities.

the main reason they said that i haven't been register as a self-employed with HMRC. even i submitted all welcome letters and Alerts from HMRC.

any advice for appeal i would be thank full for this.

Sorry to hear that . Did you register whitin 3 months before your application . How about funds were local in uk or third party .

everything is accepted. Bank statement, company was registered more then three month but i submitted company house certificate. they haven't made any allegation on it. the main reason is current report.

any advice.

So did you apply as Ltd company director or as self employed . If its Ltd company you should submit company house current report printed within 3 months of application . When does your current visa expires .

yes, i did limited company. My visa expired on 5 may.

unfortunately no i forgotten to send it.
This is the main cause for refusal.

In this case you might need to consult with any solicitor before appealing .As per my Knowledge you can not submit any new document .you might be better off to apply as fresh application . wait for senior members comments .
