12/12/12 from T4 to T1 & £200000 applicant update plz

Hi all
I applied on 12/12/12 from T4 to T1. 2 biometric done 21 January but still now waiting. Money is in overseas. can you imagine there is a time value of money effect and cost of capital effect on our idle money. they should know. How many British people will left their £200000 ideally?

any body got visa/phone call/ letters for fresh doc from HO. please update here.

I applied on same date and biometrics done on same date and yes the funds wer overseas but i a manage to get them transferred over here and notifed ukba regarding this but still no response from them. Lets see where i end up.

funds in third party account in UK
Interviewed : 29th May 2013
Interview question were retaed to immigration history, business related questions , about investment, about compitators, marketing researc, etc

Bio: 21/01/2013
Refusal: 30/05/2013
Reason: Applicant name not on the Bank letter and Funds are transferable to UK.

Bank is refusing to write my name on the letter as am not their account holder. And regarding funds transferable to uk, Bank has mentioned that Money held in this account is free from any liability. Which means the same that It is transferable and not fixed. Will go appeal.

Thats really sad these people should have brains that what is third party and what will bank do in there case if they are paying from there mothers account and they wants to write there name on it its simp0ly bull shit dude you should appeal on it I know u wud be going through lot of stress but fight back.

They being paid only £6.20 per hour. So when the see £200000 in a account then they can't believe. Most of them are idiot.

How long was the interview? And what was the exact question?

Lates I heard by case worker that she has received my document and is in the process of considering my case but its now 2 weeks after that no news .
