Visa refuesed Need help

I got visa refusal letter under these categories and need of help whether to appeal or shall i apply to tier4 again and if I appeal does anyone know the chances of getting the visa plz need urgent help

The refusal is made under these

Evidance to show signature of all three parties

The date of declaration

The amount of money available on pound sterling

The relationship with third party

Applied to Tier 1 Entrepreneur previously was on Tier 4

Applied on october got refusal today

The following documents were send to home office
- The third party bank statement
- The letter from the bank stating the total amount
- A letter from Legal representative confirming the Third party sponsor
The third party amount is held in pakistan
and i am not the pakistani national

They refuse saying that its not proved the money is transferable to UK where we have letter attested with solicitor saying that amount is availabe to applicants to use in uk for business purpose

Need the third party and all partners signature

Want money to convert into pounds which we had done alreday

whereas my partner is from pakistan

Points awarded only to maintenance and english

So i wonder wheather to appeal or apply back to tier 4 and info my visa was expired on october 2012

and if i appeal do u guys c any chance of getting visa

Your best bet would be to appeal, wait for the decision and if for some reasons it is not in your favor then you can change it to whatever category you may like.
