Pay Slips not on headed paper, letter template

Do anyone know the letter template in which employer will state that these pay slips (not on headed paper) are real.

Why not simply get these payslips stamped by employer instead and have these sent in the post to you?

why does it need stamping when the pay slip has got the company, employee and salary and tax details !? Is it necessary ?
