Visa Refused - Oral Hearing Submitted

Only Reason for Refusal is that Advertisement does not show my name.

Submitted an apeal with the option of Oral hearing through a Solicitor.

Solicitor submitted on 15th May,

fee of 140 GBP not yet being deducting from bank account.

Please advise, how long it may take for them to deduct the fee and conduct an oral hearing so Me & my Solicitor can defend the case in court.

hi may be next 2=3 working days. today when I called customer service they said they are working files which received on 14th May 2013. so next week they will deduct your fees. All the best.

How much fees your lawyer has charged you?

hi may be next 2=3 working days. today when I called customer service they said they are working files which received on 14th May 2013. so next week they will deduct your fees. All the best.
