TB Screening - uk born child, Tier 1 dependant visa.

Hi,

A friend who recently applied for his uk born little one from Chennai VFS, was mandated to submit a TB Screening certificate for the infant.

Also they have a list of UKBA approved clinics to obtain the certificate from, in a certain format, and you must provide 4 passport size pics of the baby along with photocopy of baby's passport and vaccination records at the time of TB screening appointment.
