ILR absence of 2 years due to work same employer

Any brilliant ways to file ILR when absence is 2 years due to end of assignment and transfer offshore wth same employer in tier1 general category. 1st entry 8aug 2008.
Any lawyers exp with similar cases pl help.

IS job redundance due to end of assingment a serious compeling compassionate reason. If I would have stayed here i would have ben redundant and had to go aoffshore to work on other project.
