Hi,

I've just arrived in UK with my Italian ID after doing my residence there.

I would like to know how long I should wait for to change my residence to UK and what should I do first.

I Also need to apply for my wife's visa, we got married 2 years ago.

Please help...

According to posts in 2010 mestree171 is Brazilian and at the time said he was living in London...attempting a proxy marriage. :?

My wife is from Brazil, and I have double nationality due to my Italian back ground.

We're just trying to get the story straight since 2 years ago you were marrying a Lithuanian by proxy!

The advice we give depends entirely on what the facts of the story are. You've posted very little - so we all automatically look at your past posts which then make no sense given what you're now asking.

As an Italian - she can just apply for an EEA family permit.
