Which option is safe Tier 1 Entrepreneur or Tier 4

Post by ahmad0044 » Mon Jun 03, 2013 1:44 pm

I am on PSW visa expiring end of this year. I have been living in the UK for the last 6 years and 9 months.

Study completed in the UK:

1 year Foundation (University HEI) on old student visa before 31 march 2009
4 Year Undergraduate degree (University HEI)
1 Year Post Graduate Degree (University HEI) on PSW VISA

Option 1:
I have 200K in my own UK bank account + 20K for maintenance
Excellent business plan ( Professionally written)
Endorsement from number of business specialist to run a business

Option 2:

I have got unconditional letter from university HEI to study PhD.

Which option is safe ( Less chances of refusal) to go for ?

Option B is best for you and also zero chances of refusal there since you have unconditional letter from uni. Also at the end of your PhD you will be due for ILR. Having said all that its down to you to decide what you want to do because only you will know what exactly is in your mind, whether its studying and spending more money or getting into business and trying to make money.
