Documents to apply for OCI correct?

Hi All, I am planning to apply for an OCI in person at the Birmingham consulate. Can you please confirm if the list of documents is right?

French Passport - Original and Photocopy
Indian Passport - Photocopy
Copy of Naturalization - Original and Photocopy
Indian Origin Proof - Birth Certificate - Original and Photocopy
Surrender Certificate
Copy of Surrender Certificate
Postal orders in favour of 'High Commission of India, London'. [The online registration no. (GBRLI.....not GBRLone) of each application should be written on the reverse side of postal orders.] - £175 

Is this the complete list? Am i missing something?Please advise!

surrender certificate itself is sufficient to prove indian origin.
