Business questions during 3-years with visa

Hi everyone,
hopefully getting positive decisions this month!

Two questions here upon getting visa:

1. Can we as a company sponsor migrants into Tier 2 to work for us (i know it doesnt count towards employing two people - it's not the issue). How can we get a sponsorship quota/license to employ outside EU people?

2. Can we study Masters degree part-time with that visa?

there are no restrictions for study. also its good to study for part time as you want to develop your skills for business further.

it is possible for your COMPANY to sponsor someone. but! the business must be of very complex structure incl. HR dept. just google UKBA sponsor license tier 2
