Hi,

Can the Tier 2 Dependent visa holder work, if the main Tier 2 ICT visa holder is pregnant and serving maternity leave?

Hi. I am unable to find any guidance on the number of weeks of maternity leave allowed to a tier-2 ICT holder. Do you know of one?

Maternity leave is governed by employment law, it is not an immigration matter:
