Tier 1 (G) dependant - Husband

Hi guys,
Am hoping someone would help me answer these questions, it would be very much appreciated.
Here is my case; am currently on Tier 1 (G) till 2015, while my husband (we met here) is on PSW due to expire Oct ’13
He’s now planning to go back to our home country (India) to apply for Tier 1 (G) dependant visa (to be my dependant) as we cannot do it from here.
Now to my questions;
1)Can he use his Indian bank account to demonstrate the 3months maintenance fee? …(he is living here in the UK)
2)How much would he have to show in his account for 3months maintenance fee?
3)Do I (the wife…my husband is the “dependant”) have to show maintenance fund in my account if my husband already has money in his account?
