Once an application is classified as valid then the letter of biometrics is being sent to the applicant.

Hi thanks for your reply, actually i have already given my finger prints 15 days back but I received my passport this morning with a letter that my application got invalid and can not process it because passport was not signed, and said I need to send them signed passport back with in seven working days... so does it mean that my application is already processed and passport was the only reason for invalidation? And rest of the documents are fine?

Its unusual. How passport authorities issued passport without signature on it.
