Greek-Cuprus passport via marriage

Hi Guys, my mom marrid to the Brithis citizen who has Greek-Cipriot citizenship. Due to some difficulties it is really hard for her to get UK spouse visa, so we have applyed for Greek-Cipriot passport via her marriage. In embassy that said that it may take a long time toobtain. Any advise how to speed up a bit? Are there are any reputable companies who are working on such cases?
