Inis not responding to request to return passport

Hello all,

I need some advice, recently my girlfriends entry visa was unfortunately denied. We are in the process off working on our appeal but she needs her passport back for travelling.

For the past few weeks I have been trying to get in touch with the visamail@justice.ie to facilitate the return of the passport but I'm not getting any response whatsoever to my multiple email send.

Can I go to the office in person and request the passport back?

Happen to me as well not passport but something else after so many email no reply so i wrote a letter and went there, talk to the old security guy see if he can give your letter to the supervisor instead.. I did the same and my document were posted back to me the day
