Can child aged over 18 be granted ILR as dependent?

Post by cqln » Thu Jun 13, 2013 12:04 am

My daughter is now 17 years old and has been my dependent since 2005. I will apply for my ILR under long residence before next year. I believe she will become 18 when my application is approved considering the long processing time. So, my question is if she is eligible to apply ILR as a child of settled person? Or as an adult dependent relatives? Which form does she need to use?

Thanks!
