Certificate not showing in SMS

Hi All,

I'm on Tier 2 (G). Visa is going to expire on 8th Aug 2013. Today we tried to search for the current assigned certificate (issued in 2010) but unable to find in SMS.

Then we tried to assign a new certificate(for extension). Filled all required details and saved. But we are getting 'Warning, there may already be a certificate of sponsorship for this migrant'. SMS is not allowing as to assign certificate.

For this new certificate we have given
start date : 09-08-2013 (as visa expires on 8-08-2013)
End date : 09-08-2016

Any idea?

Is the 'Assign' button disabled? If so it is unrelated to that warning message. The 'Assign' button being disabled just means your employer has left one (or more) fields blank.
