TAX CREDIT

hi,
i got my ilr on 10 year long residence , i hv two children born in uk,
can i claim child benefit/allowance on my ilr before getting the child BC,
I can apply working tax credit and child tax credit , it will be effect on my wife flr(m) visa or my BC,

As you are settled you can claim Child Benefit (in your name) and joint tax credits, it should not affect your wife's future applications.

wht mean of joint tax credit , can i claim my wife tax credit as well bt she is not working, if i claim my wife tax credit then it will b effect on my wife flr and ilr applications,
child benefit in my name didnt show the child name wht is mean by,
child benefit and tax credit can i show this is my income in future flr application of my wife,

You should not create new threads to ask the same question!

As I said above, you claim child benefit in your name and tax credit, by law, must be a joint claim in both names. It will not affect future applications.
