Hi Hsmp73

my feeling is that lot of ppl applied in early to mid march , and not many ppl applied right before and after the fee increase in the first week of april . and then perhaps ppl have started applying again after mid april.

So im guessing HSMP team has a big backlog of march cases after which april there may not be much volume so it may move fast

fingers crossed right now....

Dear Friends,

I applied on April 17, reached the application of 19th and the fee was debited on 20th April. On 2th April I called HO to get my reference number since I did'nt recieve it , there was lady who responded to my call and gave my refrence number. My ref is in the series 215***. During that she also told that my file has not yet been allocated to the case worker. That means they have'nt started processing my file.

Regards,
ARUN

Hi,

I am alomost on the verge of applying a new HSMP application.

I would lik to post few queries for the same.

1)12 months payslip - i wrked in 2 companies in last one year in india.so i am producing 6 monts of each company..Bank statements are also from banks..now the first companies salary wil not have "COMPANIES name not reflecting the bank statement"

Please give me a letter format(from company i am planning to get) which ppl have used to prove tat the salary credited belongs to company X.

2)Please give me a letter format which the company has to give me for proving tat i earned so much of gross for a period from March 06-Oct-06.

3)Am using a consultant to get my apps done.so am nt havg other probs like courier/trackg etc.

4)After HSMP/EC i heard ppl are findg to get a job..can we start to UK without a job offer. or shd we apply for EC with a job offer.?

Replies at the earlist are appreciated.

finally all de best to all aspirants like me.

Hi Indistress/Members,

I have recieved my HSMP Approval , I'm now planning to apply for FLR(HSMP) as I am on a student Visa @ the moment.I have few querries , if you/any member could answer :

1. What reason/s we could give for Urgent Treatment?
2.How much funds I need to show in my bank accounts?
3.If I still have three more months to complete my course, can I still apply for the FLR(HSMP)?
4.I hold a post graduate Dip. from UK, I am eligible to apply within UK?

Thanks,
VJR

I called up HSMP enquiry. They told decision has been made on 25th April and documents are already sent by mail. They did not tell me the result. Any idea how long this mail service takes?

till now my timelines

Vidya,

Your HSMP application itself is not delivered to HO?
Call up fed-ex and ask about delivery status.

For the royal mail HO did not give me any reference number so no clue on document delivery. I am also worried and waiting.

Did you request urgent treatment? What were the first three digits for your reference number? This will help the rest of us determine where we are in the queue. I think they are working on those beginning with 250*** now.

april HSMP , you can also ask them to connect you to the caseworker who will tell you the result over phone !

you did mention that you are applying from india , right ? it took just 4 days for my package to reach home by royal airmail ( when the payment got declined and my file was returned to me 3 weeks back)

Hi All,
i have sent my application on 23rd April and recieved ref number next day. Today i called HSMP team and i have been told that no case worker is assigned yet. my current leave will expire in next 7 weeks. Should i request HSMP team for urgent tretment? cz if they refuse me, i may have some time to get a review or even try to switch to some other category.

please advise.

Cheers!!
