Visa Rejection Reasons

Hi Guys,

I got a refusal letter due to two reasons as stated below,

1. Not provided any evidence to demonstrate my business is actively trading

2. The contract is not acceptable as it does not contain my Clients full address, postcode and Land line number

I have three questions for you guys,

a. What are all the documents that I have to submit when I appeal?

b. Can I submit my business bank statements which has more than 7 months 'Remittance Advice' from my client?

c. Could I request my client to give a contract with all their details?

Please help me guys.... any prompt reply is much appreciated.
