Sponsor apply for COS increase..

Does the sponsor need to give the employee's personal information when request the increase of COS through SMS? Thanks a lot.

No, only when actually assigning it do they need to provide that.

Thanks! But I still don't understand why it takes such long time to assign the COS to the employer. By the way, my employer is the University.
