Reasons of absences from UK and no support documents

Post by developer101 » Sat Jun 15, 2013 6:50 pm

If the absent days are well under 180 days threshold, and not proof of absent reasons are provided when applying under Tier 1 G, then what will happen? Can it be refused?

Thanks

Well why would anyone want to risk not submitting a letter (even for absences below 180 days). It's always better to get the letters ready (either personal letter or employer letter). As for if or not the application will be rejected, no one can answer this, as the decisions are on a case to case basis.

So this means ILR still possible but with bit of risk of not providing the documents?

I wouldn't even risk it tbh. Always go with the whole documents.

Totally agree with you. You cannot predict definitely what document, CW will ask from you.
