Hi

I have tier1 general visa and my wife is on dependent ,visa expires on july 2014

1.we wish to travel to France for a week ,how to apply for shengan visa
which is the official website,can we apply direct
2.Do both of us need seperate application

I am wondering the same.

My wife is from Brazil and she has a 2 year spouse VISA to stay in the UK.

I am British born/ UK Citizen.

We are intending to go on a 4 day trip to France for tourism etc.

Does she need a Schengen VISA?

According to the following link, no she does not, but there is, as always, contradicting information.
