There are many limted company's operating on a house address, how does it make a difference for us. It's an option when we register a company to have a home address or office address. They can't expect us to have a office before the visa is granted.

I am a bit worried reading some posts from the people who have attended interview with UKBA.

Although, I have been refused but I am planning to reapply by the end of the month

I think, they are expecting you have to open the office before the visa is granted, then your side is more strong, such as you have to provide some evidence , thats meaning is genuinely you are going to do something

If both address are same is not a problem, but if you open office before applying the visa your side is very strong.

But as mention by others if u have office space it will give ur case more strength than you have already office setup in place and with proper insurances etc.

As per my understanding it doesn't make any difference as long as u knw abt business rates and insurance u needed if u working from home.

But as mention by others if u have office space it will give ur case more strength than you have already office setup in place and with proper insurances etc.

i dont think it makes any negative impact on case apart from getting ready for some extra qs for instance informing council abt it? informing landlord abt it? landlord response is he agreed ? if u r using one room as ur office then r u aware of paying any business rates? etc etc which is not hard to answer.
