Switching from PSW - Work Dates?

Hi there,

My company's HR doesn't know much about the CoS assigning as I'm the first employee for which they'll be doing this.

My current PSW VISA expires in January 2014 but I want to apply for Tier 2 G now.

We're confused as to what should we enter the Work start and end dates in the SMS?

Could anyone help please as an incomplete CoS can't be assigned?

Any help is appreciated.

And FYI, I've been working for this company for over a year now.

I'm on a permanent role here.

Any date from tomorrow to the next day of the current VISA expiry date.

However, you cannot apply 3 months before your start date. That is if you are mentioning your start date as the next day of your current visa expiry date then you can apply for visa only after this date in October.

Work end date is your contract period. A maximum of 3 years from the work start date.
