I think this forum proves that even with the correct documentation you can still be refused.

It is a case-by-case process, so I'd prefer to have a legal representative/advisor... just interested to hear others experiences

I personally believe if u have evrythng straight forward and u follow the policy guidance and plus the help of the forum like this where people r sharing there personal experiences you can never go wrong ... But at the end its upto individual how u want to do it .

So gud luck n I think no1 can prepare ur case better thn urself.

Thus far I'm extremely surprised at the cost for their services.

I met with some people from the Home Office who were keen to hear feedback on the immigration and policy pressures for tech startups.

The feedback was that their is a lot of conflicting guideline requirements in addition to policy requirements which are unattainable (banks not co-operating, or investors not willing to put funds under a persons name rather than the business').

Regardless, with only 3 weeks remaining... any immigration solicitor recommendations?

DWI global does a good job. I have used them for a appeal couple of years back. I mentioned this is some other thread as well..

Very professional and up front and will tell you clearly if there is a case to be made or not. If not, they will ask you not to waste time. Which I like, to hear the truth rather than cowboy solicitors all over London..
