As far I know, if you start a new job then employer won't accept acknowledge letter however if you are already working then your employer may accept acknowledgement and let you continue with your job, a new employer is supposed to see a valid visa and permission to work before they can hire you.Ame wrote:Hey all
applied for ilr set m 13 feb .visa expired 3rd march . Received acknowledge 17th feb .still waiting......
I Hve got 2 jobs offer bt thy don't accept acknowledgment letter as a evidance that im eligible to work in uk . don't knw wat to do ? Any one on the same boat ?
The average waiting time for postal applications is 3 months but I think it depends how many applications they got to decide, be prepared to wait a wee bit longer as home office received lots of applications before BRP started as of 29 feb and due to easter holidays.Ame wrote:I had feeling that will happen , bt I'm deaprate for job. Its soo annoying .I'm wondering how long they take more to make decine ?
