I got refused on 22nd April. Refusal received on 24th.Appealed on 26th and got hearing date on 11th June.

you guys are getting hearing dates very quick i appealed on 20th april and still havent got anything from the tribunal......what could be the reason?

how ur solicitor applied for appeal,does he faxed or sent by special delivery.
One of my friend got refused on 22 April, got refusal letter on 24 April, appealed on 29 April by fax and still didn't received anything.
Even the court fee has not deducted from his account.

It takes upto two weeks for them to deduct the fee. Just wait to for another week.

visa refused...no landline number in contract appeal help urgent

I have given name email full address with postcode and university name of client. the contract was biotechnology tutoring services. My client didnt have a landline so I could not provide it. I have got email conversation with my client as an evidence. for the company I provided company name, company address with postcode,directors name, tutors name, email, mobile numbers, company registration number, tutoring subjects, date, signed.


There are errors on the UKBA letter by the caseworker and makes my case strong. what laws can i use when the caseworker has literally misinterpreted the immigration rules? Moreover he/she did not award me points for Appendix A: Funds in FSA regulated institution (25 Points) and Access to 50 K (25 Points) where I already submitted two letters and bank statement confirming the same. Same set of documents was provided for my Entrepreneur team member and my business partner as well. It seems like its an error in judgement has been made and the caseworker was just being negligent.

the contract doesnot have a landline phone number as stated in immigration rules that is what they have mentioned

there is another mistake contradictory statements in one box
first they say you have provided sufficient evidence to demonstrate that you do have access to at least50000

then at the bottom have not supplied any documentary evidence for any other points which is the fifth point in the under d attributes of appendix a

I don't know how she has sent my appeal but it takes some time,dont worry once you have filed your appeal,you will get a hearing dte.

I see that some people appealed after me and got a date before me, not sure why this happens. But there is obviously no specific order to how it is done.

Got Refused on 3rd, Submiitted Form for Oral Hearing on 15th May, No Fee Deducted Yet, Hence no Appeal Date receieved yet.

Luckly I got an earlier hearing date on 11th June but unfortunately,my solicitor hadn't received the bundle from HO which she said to be necessary before proceeding in the hearing.I can see now in the forum members appeal's hearings are in Septemeber and October which has made me more worried.I have not yet received next hearing date which the courts said to be sent in due course.
