Urgent - SET (M) for Dependent

Hi,

I got my ILR on Feb 2013, my wife has got Tier1 Dependent Visa valid till 23rd July 2013 and currently she is living in India and planning to travel back to UK on 4th Jul 2013.

My Questions:

1. As I already have received ILR on FEb 2013 - is her current PBS Tier1 Dependent Valid?

2. Can I apply for her ILR using SET (M) once she is back in UK?

3. Due to Maternity reason she has been living out of UK from 14th Dec 2012 till the date she arrives back in UK (i.e. 05-Jul-2013) - will this absence have any impact on her ILR? (she is getting Statutory Maternity Pay for this period)?

4. Can I get my new born baby to UK on Tourist visa and apply for ILR along with my wife's application in SET (M)?
