1. Comprehensive insurance :

wondering if both EU/ NON EU national married but separated can they still apply if EU stopped working lets says 2 weeks ago . EU national will not be able to pay for this insurance because not working so is there a problem if NON-EU apply for both himself and his wife who is EU national

2. Retained right of residence:

How can a NON-EU national apply for retained right of residence under EU role after 3/4 years marriage ? is there any application to submit ?
