Did NCS send my documents to an incorrect address?

Did NCS send my documents to an incorrect address?

Just checked the royal mail tracking status of my naturalisation docs sent by NCS. The status reads like:
Your item with reference XXXXXX was delivered before xx:10 on xx/xx/13.

As the item was redirected, it will have taken longer than usual. Please ensure the correct address is used for future mailings.
Should I be worried? As I do not know where it was redirected to?
