UKBA HR Complaince

Hi All,

We have recently got Tier2 License and have couple of employees. UKBA has not yet come for complaince check but I am sure they will soon. However, I am bit lost as to what documents etc do I need to maintain from HR complaince perspective. Also, do they expect any HR software system to be in place? Appreciate any help from experts here.
