Income level when applying for ILR

Hi,

I have been in the UK for 5 years under the Tier 1 (General) visa and I would like to ask a question about applying for Indefinite Leave to Remain.

My question is when claiming points under Previous Earnings, can the income level be lower then indicated when I extended my visa?

I believe I may have read something regarding this at one point. Any help would be appreciated.

I do have one other question. I was initially granted my Tier 1 visa on 05/02/09 but did not enter the UK until 11/05/09. My current extended Tier 1 visa expires on 16/03/14.

As I have a period greater then 90 days between entry clearance and entering the UK, I would have to apply for an extension next year to satisfy the 5 year minimum.

However, in the period of 11/05/09 and 16/03/14 there are only 66 days missing of 5 years. Does this mean I would be ok to apply for ILR straight away?

u are eligible for ILR 28 days before 11/05/14 . You need apply fro extn first and then ILR .

This is not correct answer. Certain number of gaps between visa approval and date of entry can be waived of and there is a clear rule for that. Not in mood to dig that rule now but post your query in ILR forum and you would know exact rule. You are asking question in the wrong forum.
