Applying outside UK
I am showing that I am planning to open construction company?
Is that allowed under Tier 1 Entreprenuer visa ?
Because policy guidance says you can not do property development or property management business . Other hand section A20 is policy guidance it says you invest in construction company.

Please guide... Bit confuse..

Please experts share your opinion.

It is allowed. Some people just buy residential property and show as investment that is not allowed.
